By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, digital downloads, or services, or participating in any program from us, you ("visitor," "viewer," "user of free or paid program, product, or service," agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, hereby referred to as "Agreement". If you do not accept this Agreement, you agree that you will not use the website, purchase products or services, or participate in any program from us.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, online store, digital downloads, programs, and/or any related products or services. By using this site, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be legally bound by these terms.
Coaching and Program Services
We offer several coaching options under our Speak with Power program, including:
- VIP Coaching Sessions – One-on-one personalized sessions that include a complimentary Speak with Power Workbook.
- Group Coaching Sessions – Interactive sessions that include peer feedback. The Speak with Power Workbook must be purchased separately.
All coaching services are designed for educational and personal development purposes and should not be considered as professional therapy or counseling.
Booking and Payments
- All sessions and digital products must be paid in full at the time of booking or purchase.
- Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date payment information.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Coaching Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late cancellations may forfeit the session without refund.
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, all digital downloads (including the Speak with Power Planning Guide) are non-refundable.
- Workshops/Events: Any live or virtual event purchases are non-refundable unless canceled by It’s Power in the Voice.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions or modify programs in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Digital Products and Downloads
When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not share, resell, distribute, or reproduce any part of our digital materials. All digital products remain the intellectual property of It’s Power in the Voice.
Voiceover and Media Services
When booking voiceover work through our site:
- A clear project scope, timeline, and rate will be provided prior to recording.
- Any script revisions after delivery may incur additional fees.
- You receive a license to use the final recording for the agreed-upon purpose only (e.g., commercials, social media, podcasts, etc.).
Unauthorized use beyond the agreed scope is prohibited.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website — including text, graphics, videos, logos, audio recordings, and digital materials — is the property of It’s Power in the Voice and protected by copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any materials for commercial purposes without written consent.
